MCM/ACM Metal Composite Material Panels
Metal Composite Material Panels come in a variety of painted finishes from solids to metallics with 20-30 year finish warranties, to mill finished premium metals such as copper and zinc. Typically a high end metal panel system that will last the test of time, with the fire rated core this panel system is designed to meet all NFPA 285 fire code requirements. MCM Panel systems can be provided as a rainscreen (dry joint) system with concealed fasteners and splines to match at reveal joint for a uniform panel system cladding, or a caulked reveal system (wet joint) for a water tight assembly. MCM panels are custom fabricated to fit each individual project and are custom tailored to provide even the most intricate designs. Typical panel system assemblies include back up sub girt systems with a mineral wool insulation. Typically found in Spec section 074213.
IMWP Insulated Metal Wall Panels
Insulated Metal Wall Panels are a sandwich type panel with 2 sides of thin gage metal, typically aluminum or steel with a polyisocyanurate insulated core. Panels meet NFPA 285 requirements and come in standard and custom size module widths and lengths. Insulation values can also be customized to achieve higher R values. IMWP panels come in a variety of finishes from solids to metallics and come with a 20 year finish warranty. Typically used on warehouses, mechanical screenwalls, or penthouse enclosures, they are a cost effective solution to provide insulation with a metal exterior. Typically found in spec division 07
Custom Solid Metal Plate Panels
Plate panels can be provided in a number of custom profiles and are typically the highest end of metal panel in the industry. Panels are very durable and can be formed to numerous profiles to achieve a durable high end look. Plate panels can be formed from 0.125” to 0.25” aluminum, copper, steel, or other pliable metals. Panel system will meet NFPA 285 requirements as they are a non combustable material. Finishes are post applied finish so every finish is a custom color from solids to metallics, to mill finished. All painted finishes come with a 20 to 30 year finish warranty.
Single Skin Panels
One of the more economical panel systems, the panels are roll formed out of thin gage metal either aluminum or steel to many different standard profiles. Panels can be perforated to up to 40% free area and make great screen wall assemblies or parking garage screens. Panel system are available in standard or custom solid, metallic, and wood grain finishes with 20 or 30 year finish warranty. Panel systems can be customized with prefabricated mitered corners or break metal flashings. Other system options include insulation and sub girt systems to achieve an exterior wall assembly with thermal values, system will comply with NFPA 285 requirements.
Custom Perforated Panels & Garage Screens Systems
Typically provided out of 0.125” thick plate aluminum panels formed to numerous custom profiles with perforation patterns that can achieve up to 60% free area. A higher end perforated panel system that will maintain structural integrity and form to last the test of time. Systems are designed per project loading requirements and typically include custom intermediate support systems. Like the solid plate panels panels can be provided in numerous types of materials, aluminum, copper, steel, and come in custom solid or metallic finishes with 20 to 30 year finish warranties. Mill finish materials are also available to accent the beauty of natural metals.
Architectural Louver Systems
Specification Section Divisions 08, 10 & 15 • Architectural & Mechanical Louvers; Available in Extruded aluminum or steel. • Custom aluminum grilles and screens. • Mechanical screen louvers. Louver options include sight proof, drainable, wind driven rain resistant, & architectural line (no visible mullions), in a variety of free area options, availability in Extruded aluminum or steel, custom decorative mullions, bird screen, insect screen, insulated fire rated blank offs, standard & custom colors. Fabrication, Installation, Workmanship & Finish warranties provided with all Louver systems in accordance with project requirements.
Metal Plank Board Siding (Longboard)
Plank siding or soffits come in a variety of sizes from 4” to 8” to provide an exquisite look that will never degrade, oil can or need any maintenance. Made from extruded aluminum with wood grain finishes and up to 50 year warranties these panels will also withstand the test of time, and will save money when compared to cement board panels when it comes to maintenance. Can be provided with insulation and sub girts behind panels to provide thermal values. All trims are made from aluminum and finished to match for a uniform panel system. Finishes available are from solids to wood grains. Beautiful accent wall panels and soffits that stand out from other projects.
Custom Extruded Tube Rainscreen Systems
We work with numerous extruders and can custom design and provide many different profiled extrusions for trellis roofs, to screenwalls, to rainscreen assemblies that are unique and completely custom. Extrusions will stand the test of time and can be finished in solids or metallic finishes with 20-30 year warranties. Custom extrusions will not degrade or misshape over time as the are made from durable grades of aluminum and are engineered and designed to meet the loading demands for each individual project.
Decorative Column Covers
Can be provided out of MCM materials or plate aluminum for a more durable column cover. Column covers provide a high end accent to any project and can come in radius or squared, can be smooth or with accent profiles. Column covers can be finished in solids, metallics, or faux wood grains with 20-30 year finish warranties.

Prior to starting on a project, our safety team will provide extensive PTP as well as JHA's to help ensure a safe workplace. Our safety inspector does weekly site walks with our onsite foreman to ensure everything is being completed as safely as possible.
