Architectural MCM/ACM Panel Systems
Our expertise in ACM/MCM architectural metal panel systems enable us to deliver exceptional custom fabricated panels for even the most complex projects. Each panel is custom fabricated to the project design to ensure your project stands out from the rest. Available in dry joint or wet joint rainscreen assemblies to meet your project needs. Systems can also provide thermal insulation within the exterior wall assembly to provide both beauty and performance. With 20 to 30 year warranties available these systems are the best solution for high end projects that need to last and perform for decades. Custom Metal Fabrication's:
Plate Aluminum, Custom Extrusions, Column Covers
At Boswell Building Contractors, Inc., we specialize in custom metal fabrication for a wide range of architectural applications. From custom extrusion profiles to solid or perforated plate aluminum panels available with 20 year warranties and the durability of solid aluminum these systems withstand even the harshest of climates & loading. Typically used on high traffic areas, parking garage screens, & column covers. Our team has the skills and experience to bring your unique designs to life with precision and excellence.
Extruded Aluminum Plank Panel Systems
An extruded aluminum plank panel system available in 4", 6" or 8" width modules with matching extruded trims for a seamless installation. Typically used on soffits or walls to give the look of wood but with the durability, lasting weather resistance and zero maintenance, unlike real wood. These panels provide an accent to your project that will not go unnoticed and will look the same as day one for many years. There are numerous standard wood grain finishes available to create an accent that will be a focal point of your projects facade.
Single Skin Corrugated or Standing Seam panel systems
The most economical of all of the metal panel systems. Single skin panels are roll formed flat sheets into corrugated or standing seam profiles. Available in numerous profiles & finishes these panels can provide lasting weather resistance as well as clean lines that only metal can provide. Typically available in 22-24 gage galv. steel or 0.040"-0.050" aluminum both available with coil coated finishes that offer 20 year warranties. Typical uses include garage screens, exterior wall panels, penthouse screenwalls, soffits etc. Systems can also be provided with thermal insulation to provide performance and weather proofing at a very competitive price point. Single skin panels can be provided with perforations to provide free area requirements as needed per project demands.

3D Laser Dimensioning Scan & Material Procurement
Securing the right materials for architectural metal panel systems is essential for project success. We take care of the procurement process, ensuring that the materials used exceed the required specifications and quality standards. For all of our custom fabricated panel systems we utilize 3D laser dimensioning scans to take field dimensions prior to release to not only provide accurate dimensions to fabricate the panels to and eliminate the risk of improperly made panels, but also provide a substrate analysis of in place items to ensure everything is built properly by others prior to panels arriving onsite which saves lost time on every project we have utilized this technology on.
Professional Installation
Our field team has been together for generations with knowledge that has been passed down for generations. That is why our team can handle even the most complex designs. All of our field crews are Union members and certified in every panel system we offer to ensure each system is installed per the manufactures specifications to ensure a long lasting product that qualifies for all warranties
available so there are no surprises down the road. Each field crew has an OSHA trained foreman so daily work is done safely. Our team will have a field representative at all coordination meetings to ensure a smooth & schedule orientated installation.

At BBC, inc. our team can provide rendered scaled 3D computer models of buildings, panel systems or any product your team can imagine, from prototypes to skyscrapers our team will work with you through the design phase to the finished rendered product to bring your project to life.
From the 3D CAD model stage our team can provide our clients with a scaled physical 3D printed model of your prototype to ensure it works as expected and has the aesthetics you had imagined. Physical models are a huge part of the prototyping stage to ensure a product that will work within its parameters.
