Boswell III to provide professional construction services that would be honest & professional.   Boswell Building Contractors, inc. was one of the first architectural metal panel contractors in the Chicagoland area.  Our family has been in the metal industry for four generations, providing years of experience that has been past down from generation to generation.  We have prided ourselves in providing quality materials & professional installation services for an end product that is unrivaled by competitors. At BBC, inc. we do extensive take offs at time of bid to ensure everything required for a complete scope is accounted for per typical system detailing to help minimize the need for additional costs as the project progresses. We pride ourselves in our honesty & are upfront with all scope specific inclusions & exclusions, so that from time of bid through project closeout, our scope is covered 100%.

BBC, inc. understands the importance of coordination between trades & attends preliminary coordination meetings to ensure a smooth, coordinated installation through turn over. At BBC, inc. Safety is a number one priority for all employees, all field personal is OSHA certified. Prior to start on a project our safety team will provide extensive PTP as well as JHA’s to help ensure a safe work place. Our safety inspector does weekly site walks with our onsite foreman to ensure everything is being completed as safely as possible.  With our quality control program we can ensure you are provided every part of every system to ensure the highest level of quality for all of the products we offer.
